Lindsay Lohan's changing appearance over the years as the actress shows off her youthful transformation and returns to natural beauty

Lindsay Lohan looked incredible as she showed off her youthful transformation this week.

The actress, 38, was praised by fans for her natural beauty as she attended the New York City premiere of her new Netflix movie Our Little Secret.

Having rose to fame in the 1998 film The Parent Trap and going on to star in Mean Girls and Freaky Friday, she later took a break from Hollywood following her wild child antics.

Since returning to screens in 2022 with the festive romantic comedy Falling For Christmas, it's not just her acting comeback that has got fans talking.

Lindsay's appearance has also sparked a slew of comments, with her incredible transformation not going unnoticed.

The star's Paris Fashion Week appearance was dubbed 'an iconic comeback' by style commentators earlier this month when she cut a glamorous figure in a black sequin dress at Balenciaga's Spring/Summer 2025 womenswear show.

Some suggested that Lindsay's new found sobriety was the reason behind the refreshed and rejuvenated look.

The actress, who gave birth to her first child, a son named Luai, in July last year is sober after stints in and out of rehab and multiple run ins with the law.

Board-certified surgeon Dr. Jonathan Sykes noted that the actress appears to have returned to her original, natural beauty in the last year.

'I would say that I think that she looks fabulous and everything that was really beautiful and pretty about her when she was young has sort of come back, and it's a mature and beautiful version of that,' he said.

  • I have a confession to make: I have always been a Lindsay Lohan stan. Like, the kind of fan that—at one point—even made her my computer screensaver. I was a teen during the 2000s, okay? Lohan was practically running Hollywood then, thanks to her starring roles in iconic films like The Parent Trap, Mean Girls, and Freaky Friday. I couldn’t be happier, then, that the star is having a renaissance of sorts this year. With a Freaky Friday sequel hitting theaters next year—called Freakier Friday—Lohan will be joining forces with co-star Jamie Lee Curtis once again, and in anticipation of the film, the star has been doing some early press. In my opinion, she’s never looked better.

On Friday evening, Lohan and Curtis attended the D23 fan expo in Anaheim, California, where they officially announced Freakier Friday and shared some short preview clips. Styled by the duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, Lohan sported a sleek Balmain look that consisted of a white button-up top and black fitted skirt. Chic. Yesterday, at the Disney Legends Awards, the star followed it up with another winning look—a mint green Jil Sander gown that was breezy and bohemian in all of the right ways.
